His hometown is listed as Arcola, Loudoun County and his then home was on Tilly Ave. in Jamaica, Long Island, New York in the Catalogue, which was published in 1932. A photo is in the 1909 Colonial Echo yearbook. While at William & Mary, Freeman was the Corresponding Secretary of the Philomatheon for the 1906-1907 year; Laboratory Instructor in Physics from 1907-1909; Diploma Mathematics; and Vice President of the 1909 senior class. A note about the contents of this site

This website contains the best available information from known sources at the time it was written. Unfortunately, many of the early original records of William & Mary were destroyed by fires, military occupation, and the normal effects of time. The information in this website is not complete, and it changes as we continue to research and uncover new sources.
