Rev. James Horrocks 1764 - 1771 There is some uncertainty surrounding Horrocks' starting date as President because of the unknown date of Yates' death.
Rev. John Camm 1771 - 1777 Camm served as interim president from June 1771 to March 1772. He became the official president in July 1772.

Dean Kremer J. Hoke 1933 - 1934 Hoke assumed the duties of the president when Julian A. C. Chandler's health was in decline at various points between 1933 - 1934.
James W. Miller September 18, 1951 - October 11, 1951 Miller was a Chancellor Professor who served as interim president after President Pomfret's resignation and before Alvin Duke Chandler assumed presidency.
Provost George R. Healy January 1985 - June 1985 Healy served as interim president after President Graves resigned and before President Verkuil assumed presidency.
Provost Melvyn D. Schiavelli January 1992 - June 1992 Schiavelli serverd as interim president after President Verkuil resigned and before President Sullivan assumed presidency.
